Elite Tooling has, for many years, provided our customers with special cutting tool requirements such as innovative solutions to reduce machining time, increase component quality and reduce manufacturing costs.
We can manufacture special step tools to drill, counter-bore and chamfer in one pass, or milling cutters with the rigidity, corner radius and flute length exactly right for the job, taps with the lead or cutting geometry, optimised to suit the application. We can make or modify to suit your needs. All operations are completed by us - in house, with short lead times, to your exact requirements.
We also offer a full refurbishment service for drills, including modification, regrinding and coating. All tools are ground on the latest CNC equipment, with licensed specialised geometry software from many of the major drill makers; including Sandvik, Mitsubishi, Kennametal-Hertel, Sumitomo and Walter.
