Tivoly acquisition

Tivoly, the largest manufacturer of cutting tools in France, announces that it has acquired Elite Tooling Limited based in Rotherham, as of 11th June 2009.

Elite Tooling had a turnover in 2008 of one million Euros, with EBIDTA of 20%. It employs 6 persons. The existing directors and staff all remain with the company. Using state of the art CNC machines Elite Tooling is positioned within a niche market, unique within their market segment as an SME fully competent in the design, development and manufacture of highly specialised cutting tools, with a 2-7 day turnaround.

The Tivoly group add that the new member of the group has reinforced its position as a first tier supplier in the Aeronautical industry, and feel that the combination of highest quality with a very short lead time will give them a considerable advantage in this ever more demanding market.
