- Leave the M1 at Junction 33.
- Take the A630 to Rotherham.
- At the first roundabout turn left, still on the A630.
- At the next roundabout (Canklow Roundabout) turn right, still on the A630.
- At next roundabout (Ickles Roundabout) continue straight on, still on the A630.
- At next roundabout continue straight on, still on the A630.
- At next roundabout take 4th exit onto College Rd (Rotherham Central Train Station).
- Take 1st right into Masbrough St.
- Central Business park is 200yds on your left.
From North (M1):
- Leave the M1 at Junction 35.
- Take the A630 to Rotherham.
- At the first roundabout continue straight on still on the A630.
- At the next roundabout continue straight on still on the A630.
- At next roundabout take 3rd exit onto College Rd (Rotherham Central Train Station).
- Take 1st right into Masbrough St.
- Central Business park is 200yds on your left.
