If the standard tools offered here are not exactly what you need, please let us know. We can make or modify to suit your needs, Extra long carbide tools, radius or chamfers, forms and steps etc. All operations are completed by us in-house, with short lead times, to your exact requirements. We also stock solid carbide ground rod and blanks in all common sizes to quickly make that special to reduce machining times and improve the quality of your product. The geometry will be optimised to suit whatever material you are working with. The cost of these 'specials' is normally much less than you would expect.
With our 3D visualisation software we can show you a 'photograph' of the virtual special tool before you buy.
A full regrind and re-coat service is available, regardless of the original manufacturer; we can often improve the performance achieved from new!
